Where do we meet?
We meet our customers at Pleasant Harbor Marina SOUTH PARKING LOT-do not take the shuttle to the marina! After you pay the fee at the park entrance, pass through the entry gate and make a left at the 3-way stop. The parking lot is located on the left side as seen in the diagram below.
How long is the rental period?
We offer two durations for our rentals: Half day rentals that will offer you 4 hours on the water with morning or afternoon start times or
Full day rentals that will offer you 8 hours on the water with start times of between 8-10 am
DO I HAVE TO TOW THE BOAT?
No, your boat will be delivered to you at the lake in the parking lot at Pleasant Harbor Marina- located next to the fire station where you will load all your gear and crew and then be launched into the water.
HOW MANY PEOPLE Can fit on a boat?
This really depends on the size of the boat you choose; our speedboats will accommodate up to 10 people and our pontoons can seat up to 16.
Please remember, the number of people on the boat includes even small children no matter of age or size. All boats have a weight restriction as well, so please consider the factors such as coolers, and additional gear. *It is against coast guard regulations for any watercraft to launch with more than the boat specifications.
Are there any additional fees involved?
Yes, there is an additional charge for your fuel usage during your rental. Your boat will be delivered with a full tank of gas which for most, will last the entire rental period. At the end of your rental, your boat will be refueled and you will be charged only for the fuel used by you.
A 2.75% booking fee will be added to all credit card payments. This will be included in your total cost for the rental. There is a $7 per vehicle charge for entering and parking at the marina.
is there a security deposit for renting?
Yes, there is a $750 REFUNDABLE credit card hold for every boat on your rental contract.
Upon return of the rental, the boat will be inspected for any damages and deposits will be released if the equipment is undamaged.Security deposits can take up to 5 business days to release according to your bank, but in most cases funds are usually released by 48 hours.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The booking fee is non refundable but will be allowed to use as credit towards future rentals as long as 72 hour notice has been given.
48 hours before your rental you will be charged 50% of the rental cost and 25% of the cost will be given as credit toward another rental.
24 hours before your rental you will be charged 100% of the rental cost and 50% of the cost will be given as credit toward another rental.
No show will be charged the full rental cost, no credit will be given and no future rentals will be allowed.
Do you allow dogs on the boats?
Yes! We love our furry friends. There is $50 pet fee and we ask that you kindly clean up after your pet at the end of the rental as not to incur any additional cleaning fees.
Upon return of the rental, the boat will be inspected for any damages and deposits will be released if the equipment is undamaged.
Am I responsible for damages?
As with any rental, you are responsible for lost equipment and ANY damage done to the boat. Cosmetic or collision damages will be assessed and may result in loss of your security deposit. If you damages are greater than your deposit amount, we will bill for the additional cost and shop competitively for estimates for the repairs.
